| If your machines requires attention, we'd like to attend to it as quick as possible, the fastest way to report a fault is to use the service call request below, this report is sent directly to our service department. |

| Things you can do to help! |
- To cut down on multiple calls to the same fault, please place a notice on the machine stating the machines has a fault and Alpine vending have been informed.
- If you believe water is leaking from the machine, if safe to do so turn of the mains water to the machines by using the valve the rear of the machine.
- Due to the fact that the machine may have been emptied recently, the engineer may not be able to give refunds for monies lost, please keep a record of any refunds and see the machine operator on their next visit.
